Responsibilities- Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and physical therapy exercises.
- Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, and healthcare team members, and management.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment.
- Valid CNA/STNA certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving role.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
