The Receiving Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the organization and management of incoming stock from suppliers or vendors. This role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory is handled efficiently, contributing to a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage store merchandising by conducting daily inspections to ensure products are well-presented on shelves.
  2. Restock shelves and coolers with merchandise, ensuring vendor compliance with stocking responsibilities.
  3. Organize storage areas to optimize space and adhere to safety regulations, while overseeing inventory rotation.
  4. Foster strong relationships with vendors and collaborate with team members on effective merchandise handling and follow-up.
  5. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in accordance with safety standards and company policies.

Physical Requirements

This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds and the capability to stand or bend as necessary.
