Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Director to lead our multi-family projects from design through closeout. This long-term career opportunity requires a motivated individual who can effectively manage relationships, construction processes, and project teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic project leadership and management for assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders, trade partners, field staff, and ownership.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date budgets for each assigned project.
  • Coordinate with jobsite Superintendents to ensure scope changes are documented and tracked.
  • Direct and review project changes, ensuring timely problem-solving and resolution of any delays or emergencies.
  • Prepare and submit regular executive reports on project progress.
  • Maintain accurate project schedules and timelines.
  • Analyze and coordinate project costs, reviewing and approving invoices.
  • Oversee Procore software management for drawing control, RFI's, submittals, transmittals, etc.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders regarding project information and resolve issues efficiently.

About You

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a construction project manager, preferably with a background in multi-family projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. The successful applicant should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
