Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in lending product sales, specifically in C&I, CRE, and SBA lending/sales. You should also have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
