Our clinical therapists are part of a team, collaborating with peers and a Clinical Director who is responsible for developing and guiding their team, all in pursuit of achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.

Your Role as a Remote Clinical Therapist

As a Remote Clinical Therapist at WellQor Management Services, Inc, you'll help your clients overcome mental health challenges, forge better relationships, and be the best versions of themselves.

You'll make a real, tangible difference in the lives of others, and feel good about the way you bring joy to the lives of others.

We follow a care-team treatment model, which means clinicians are assigned to teams which they can connect with and consult for advice, institutional knowledge, and continued feedback to help advance their careers.

You will define your own availability, make your own schedules, and work according to your lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part-time, and others carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands, we're here to meet you where you're at.

Requirements

LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent licensed to practice independently.

Empanelment / Participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required.

Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile devices and electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients.

Enter and maintain appropriate documentation in WellQor's, easy to use web-based EHR system according to company guidelines.

Utilize our unique WellQor Clinician ConnectTM platform to share ideas with and obtain support from other WellQor clinicians and leadership nationwide.

Compensation

WellQor Telehealth Therapists are paid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on the caseload that they're interested in carrying at any given time.

Hourly compensation varies based on licensure level, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
