As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying top talent and helping place candidates in various positions across the United States. We are looking for a goal-driven, team-oriented individual who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential employees
  • Onboard and train new hires
  • Implement company culture and values
  • Provide management with reports and documents
  • Coordinate employee recognition events
  • Maintain accurate employee files

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle high-volume phone calls
  • Recruiting/sales experience
  • Proficiency in job boards and Boolean logic
  • Strong multitasking and adaptability skills
  • Social media savvy
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Results-driven and hungry for success
