Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Johnsonville, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, operate, and maintain production equipment, including inspection equipment and grinders.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Accurately document production data and materials using SAP.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends.
