Practice Overview: We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to become part of a renowned healthcare organization recognized as one of the "100 Best Places to Work in Health Care".

Practice Details: This position is entirely outpatient with a phone call rotation of 1:5. Our facility provides extensive sub-specialty support across various fields, all conveniently connected via an air-bridge to the physician office building, ensuring a comprehensive range of diagnostic and treatment services.

Facility Features: The clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostic capabilities, including lab services, x-ray, 3T MRI, and extremity CT. A dedicated Hospitalist program is available to manage inpatient admissions, allowing our physicians to focus solely on outpatient care.

Physician Expectations: We anticipate that all physicians will maintain Board Certification (or Board Eligibility for those newly completing training), striving for clinical excellence, exceptional patient satisfaction, and collaborative teamwork.

Access to Care: Patients can expect prompt access to providers, often on the same day through in-person or virtual visits.

Virtual Care Options: We facilitate doctor-patient interactions through various platforms, including FollowMyHealth Patient Portal, FaceTime, Google Duo, and phone consultations, providing alternatives for non-urgent health issues.

Care Coordination: For patients with chronic conditions, our care coordinators ensure they receive necessary treatments and support, including assistance for low-income patients with healthcare costs and transportation to appointments.

Convenient Scheduling: Patients can easily schedule appointments via the patient portal (Follow My Health) from their devices.

Preventive Care: Our skilled Annual Wellness Visit team emphasizes preventive care, helping patients maintain a healthy lifestyle and navigate their healthcare needs effectively.
