Clinical Healthcare Professional

The Clinical Healthcare Professional will provide professional nursing services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role will perform nursing assessments to provide direct and indirect patient care, offer health advice, patient and family education, and handle phone triage.
Key Responsibilities- Provides professional nursing services in an ambulatory care setting
- Performs nursing assessments to determine patient care needs
- Offers health advice and patient education
- Handles phone triage and provides medical advice on treating symptoms
- Collaborates with other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Successful completion of a nursing program
- Basic keyboarding skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: One year of clinical nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting, Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and knowledge of registration and order entry systems
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in California
- Current BLS Certification
