About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at AirSculpt. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our cosmetic surgery practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
  • Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency in areas such as medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment disinfection and sterilization
  • Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, and patient coordinators, to ensure seamless daily clinical and surgical schedules
  • Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and efficiently
  • Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times, consistently following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Contribute to increasing physicians' overall patient retention by delivering exceptional patient care and experience
  • Assume various responsibilities as determined by clinical leadership members, including completing projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is highly valued
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • High energy and a strong focus on patient care and experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues
