Key Responsibilities:
The Practical Nursing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Delivering daily care and addressing the health, safety, and comfort needs of residents
- Conducting professional assessments and maintaining accurate documentation of residents' health
- Assisting in the management of nursing unit staff and providing clear care assignments
- Participating in the creation and execution of individualized care plans, ensuring they are current and well-documented

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Practical Nursing Specialist position, candidates must possess:

- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with software such as Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with residents, families, and colleagues
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards, including HIPAA
- Knowledge of office equipment and technology, including fax and copy machines.
