Key Responsibilities- Administer comprehensive psychodiagnostic evaluations to assigned patients
- Co-lead group-based Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) emphasizing Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP)
- Deliver weekly family-based psychotherapy sessions
- Co-lead psychoeducation groups
- Coordinate treatment planning with the interdisciplinary team
- Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited university or school of psychology
- Current licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts
- Completed APA-accredited internship
- Postdoctoral experience in a related field strongly preferred
- Clinical psychology expertise and practice
- Expertise in CBT integrating exposure work (theory and practice)
- Expertise providing CBT treatment to adolescents and families
- Familiarity with complementary evidence-based treatments (i.e., ACT, SPACE, behavioral parent training models, and/or DBT)
