- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma or a multistate compact RN license (eNLC).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- One year of experience in nephrology or a related field.
