Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop scope, and prioritize projects to achieve business objectives.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to address these needs.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to improve data pipelines, correct issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain expertise in supply chain business processes, including sourcing, procurement, item master, contract management, and supplier management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, business intelligence, financial and operational reporting.
- Strong foundational knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
