Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to join our team. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to seniors, engaging in activities and games
  • Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Prepare snacks and meals to support clients' nutritional needs
  • Encourage light exercise to promote physical activity and well-being
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
  • Transport clients to appointments, engage in social activities, and run errands as needed
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, family members, and Synergy Homecare staff
  • Ensure reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Requirements
  • 1+ years of prior caregiving experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass a background check
  • Must have or be willing to acquire the following:
  • CPR Certification
  • A Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test
  • CNA License OR pass a PCA Test (provided on site)
  • A valid driver's license or ID
  • A huge heart to care
