Become a vital member of the healthcare team at Mission Regional Medical Center, a facility recognized for its dedication to high-quality patient services.
As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU), your primary role will be to provide safe and effective nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Deliver direct patient care while adhering to professional standards.
- Facilitate patient and family education while overseeing nursing staff.
- Engage in communication with medical professionals regarding patient status and treatment plans.
- Valid state RN License.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
- Preferred experience in an Acute Care hospital setting.
- Experience with Ventilator Management is advantageous.
- BSN degree is preferred.
