Registered Nurse - Progressive Cardiac Care Unit

Become a vital member of the healthcare team at Mission Regional Medical Center, a facility recognized for its dedication to high-quality patient services.

As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU), your primary role will be to provide safe and effective nursing care in accordance with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Deliver direct patient care while adhering to professional standards.
  • Facilitate patient and family education while overseeing nursing staff.
  • Engage in communication with medical professionals regarding patient status and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid state RN License.
  • Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
  • Preferred experience in an Acute Care hospital setting.
  • Experience with Ventilator Management is advantageous.
  • BSN degree is preferred.
