Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Trinity Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on the treatment process, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term recovery and health.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
- Competitive salary range: $78,000 - $90,000 per year.
