Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group: Night Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Milan.

About the Role

As Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night hours. This includes:

  • Providing exceptional security and guest care services
  • Closing the day and ensuring all tasks are completed
  • Managing reception activities and ensuring a welcoming experience for our guests
  • Handling invoicing and accounting tasks
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and experience in the front office area of the upscale hotel industry
  • A sense of responsibility, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Good IT and PMS skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints and feedback
  • Resilience and flexibility, with the ability to work weekend and holiday shifts
  • Excellent manners, open-mindedness, and a well-groomed appearance
  • Very good knowledge of Italian and English, with other foreign languages an advantage
