Key Responsibilities

Process customer transactions using the dealership's computer system

Receive payments via cash, checks, and credit cards, accurately recording amounts on the respective documents

Provide change and issue receipts to customers

Manage incoming calls, directing customers to the appropriate departments and ensuring timely follow-up

Address customer complaints with professionalism and refer them to the appropriate personnel for resolution

Operate the switchboard telephone system

Engage with callers in a courteous and efficient manner, aiming to reduce wait times

Assist management with various administrative tasks as required

Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor when interacting with customers and team members

Familiarize yourself with departmental structures and internal processes to assist customers effectively

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous

Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Ability to convey customer interests and needs to management and sales teams

Professional appearance

Clean driving record
