Conduct fundamental patient evaluations, including monitoring vital signs, performing physical examinations, and gathering patient health histories. Report any changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN or physician. - Medication Administration:
Administer medications via oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intravenous routes as prescribed by healthcare providers. Ensure precise dosage calculations, proper administration techniques, and thorough documentation of medications given. - Wound Care:
Provide essential wound care, including dressing changes, wound irrigation, and monitoring for signs of infection or complications. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate and execute suitable wound care plans. - Treatment Procedures:
Carry out various treatment procedures, such as catheterization, tracheostomy care, and tube feedings, adhering to established protocols and procedures. Monitor patients' responses to treatments and report any adverse reactions or complications. - Patient Education:
Offer patient education and counseling on healthcare topics, including medication usage, disease management, lifestyle changes, and preventive care measures. Ensure that patients and their families comprehend treatment plans and discharge instructions. - Documentation:
