Hourly Position: $5.00-$8.00 DOE + tips and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests by showcasing and promoting local New Mexican wines and spirits.
  • Collaborate with hotel and restaurant leadership to manage daily tasks and timelines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
  • Deliver exceptional and seamless service to enhance guest experiences.
  • Welcome guests warmly in the bar area.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of all bar and lounge spaces, including equipment and supplies.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to protect the health of guests and staff.

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Certification in New Mexico Food Handling and Alcohol Service.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with Restaurant Point of Sale systems.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, reach for, and carry over 30 pounds regularly.
