Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Commercial to lead our expanding organization. In this role, you will be responsible for directing global sales, marketing initiatives, and product development efforts. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales growth and fostering a hands-on approach within the team. Candidates with a strong background in manufacturing and experience with distributors and commercial sectors are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all commercial functions, including global sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to guide nationwide sales teams in achieving corporate objectives.
  • Establish the necessary competencies and processes to build a high-performing sales organization.
  • Provide leadership through clear communication of vision, coaching, and development while monitoring sales performance against targets.
  • Oversee sales management, budget control, and incentive planning.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of sales personnel.
  • Conduct field visits and performance evaluations to assess results and provide feedback.
  • Identify industry trends and competitive pressures to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Build collaborative relationships with other departments to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Be prepared for travel requirements of up to 80%.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing, with a focus on driving growth.
  • Hands-on experience with direct sales, distributors, and channel partnerships.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
