We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Surgical ICU team in Baltimore, Maryland.
Key Qualifications- Current experience in Cardiac OpenHeart preparation and recovery
- BLS certification
- Experience with recovery of postop cardiac surgery patients in an ICU setting
- RN license, ACLS, Critical Care Certification, trauma course, and EPIC are preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience post orientation, with at least one travel assignment preferred
Ventilator Management
• Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
• SwanGanz catheterization
• Management of epicardial wires/pacemakers
• Titration of vasoactive gtts
• Level 1 IntraAortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
Our client offers a flexible schedule with the possibility of 48 hours per week, depending on experience.
Overtime is calculated after 80 hours in a 2-week pay period, or after 96 hours for those on a 48/week assignment, at 1.25 times the base rate.
