Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Abbotts Creek Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
