We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Custom Home Design & Client Experience Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the selection process for their custom homes, ensuring they have a positive and informed experience.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional communication, managing expectations, and delivering outstanding service throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our design and construction processes by assisting with tasks such as pre-construction planning, budget development, and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., architecture, interior design, construction management).
  • Proven experience in project management within the home building or design industry.
  • A passion for custom home design and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
