Job Description
The Clinical Specialist in Wound Care at Rochester Regional Health is responsible for the development and implementation of wound and ostomy specialty programs. This includes collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and direct support to high-risk wound patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in wound care management.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Quality Management staff to design and monitor continuous quality improvement processes
* Participate in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures related to Specialty programs
* Provide consultation to PHV on wound care and ostomy management
Requirements
* ASN degree required, BSN Degree preferred
* Current RN licensure in the State of New York
* Wound Care Certification required, WOCNC preferred
