Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at One Brooklyn Health as a Medical Office RN Lead. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

  • As a Medical Office RN Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising patient care provided by LPNs, MOAs, and other healthcare staff.
  • You will assess patient needs, develop comprehensive plans of care, and oversee the implementation of medical regimens.
  • With a focus on ambulatory care, you will coordinate referrals to specialty care providers, ensure continuity of care, and promote clear communication among the care team.
  • Additionally, you will participate in quality improvement activities, data collection, and health outcomes reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • At least three years' experience in outpatient clinics with adult populations and one year with pediatric populations.
  • Phlebotomy experience is desirable.
  • Critical thinking, math, and computer skills are essential, particularly with Excel and Word.
  • Medical Surgical Certification is mandatory; Ambulatory Care Certification is preferred.
