What You Will Do:
- Lead large-scale product initiatives, defining long-term strategies and visions to address emerging customer needs.
- Manage complex product development and business scenarios, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities to create a suite of solutions.
- Possess a robust background in logistics/supply chain and product management, with a solid grasp of current technologies (e.g., APIs, mobile applications).
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and drive strategic initiatives while also being hands-on to ensure successful execution.
- Exhibit maturity, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional and remote teams, with a customer-centric and innovative mindset.
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a data-driven product vision, develop business cases, and prioritize competing opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with engineering teams to build outstanding products.
- Engage with various teams across Amazon Product and Tech to identify and influence the development of new products and services.
- Understand customer needs, define clear project plans, and execute to high standards in a dynamic environment.
- Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and locations, collaborating with business, operations, tech, and BI teams to deliver solutions.
- Anticipate potential bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical or operational constraints.
- Work with global stakeholders to define requirements that support international use cases.
- Define user stories and product requirements while contributing to the technical design of new features.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of comprehensive product delivery experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of delivering technical products and services on a global scale.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and execute with a general manager/owner mentality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, decisive, action-oriented, and capable of motivating and inspiring others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical approach with a bias for data-driven decision-making, leveraging customer insights to inform product choices.
- Attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in owning technology products.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is influenced by several factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company, offering equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a comprehensive package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
