Litigation Paralegal Specialist

Huntsman Corp, a leading global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated chemicals, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal Specialist to join its Global Legal Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing critical support in litigation management, trial work, and e-discovery efforts.

• Coordinate intake of new matters, including service of process, case file setup, and legal hold preparation.
• Support the Associate General Counsel in matter management, trials, pre-trial practice, e-discovery, and other litigation-related activities.
• Prepare regular updates for company officers, auditors, and the board of directors.
• Collaborate with internal lawyers and corporate functions to provide corporate information and general assistance.
• Lead discovery efforts within the company, working closely with outside and in-house counsel.

• A minimum of 5-8 years' experience as a litigation paralegal in a large law firm or multinational company's in-house legal department.
• Paralegal certificate and strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a mature and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, database, and case management applications, as well as e-billing and matter management software.
