ABE/GED Instructor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified ABE/GED Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instruction in ABE/GED and ESOL classes, utilizing individual student test results and goal setting documents to provide individualized instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain individual student plans and folders
• Administer appropriate post-testing to eligible students
• Provide group lessons, activities, and assignments
• Attend all required program, state, and college trainings and meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Experience teaching adults and/or working with disadvantaged populations preferred
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Proficient in technology
• Ability to teach basic math
