Job Description

The Staff Nurse (32 hours Olympia) position at Kaiser Permanente requires a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional care to patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the nursing care needs of patients and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing ongoing evaluation of patient responses to care and modifying plans as needed
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Orienting patients and families to our services and reinforcing their understanding of the Consumer Bill of Rights and Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills. A strong understanding of ambulatory care nursing and experience in primary nursing or case management are preferred qualifications.
