We're seeking a skilled Luthier to join our team as a Repair Technician. As a member of our repair team, you'll provide top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, ensuring they sound their best.

• Inspect and repair customer-owned instruments with precision and care
• Maintain store inventory, including equipment and tools
• Assist in warranty repair work and other special projects
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Guitar Center products and services
