About the RoleThis per diem/prn position offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to work on a part-time basis while enjoying the benefits of being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in need, ensuring their optimal health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret physician referrals and conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement individualized treatments based on evaluation results and functional goals, utilizing appropriate techniques and modalities.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to departmental policies and accreditation standards.
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure to practice physical therapy in Illinois or Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
