Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, merchandising impulse items, and implementing plan-o-grams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management to drive sales and customer engagement
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to maximize sales
• Implement plan-o-grams to optimize store layouts and product placement
• Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Build retail displays to showcase products and drive sales

Requirements:

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with business partners
• Resides within 20 miles of Redmond, OR 97756/ Prineville 97754/Sisters 97759
