Loan Operations Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Operations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our lending operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of loan documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute post-closing reviews of loan documents for consumer, indirect, and residential mortgage loans.
  • Add or remove document exceptions as discovered or resolved.
  • Review and package mortgage documents for recording.
  • Prepare closing documents for consumer loans and meet established volume levels.
  • Book all types of loans to the core system and meet established volume levels.
  • Maintain and track all vehicle titles to ensure the Bank is placed as the lien holder.
  • Prepare lien release letters, order duplicate titles, and process requests for state-to-state transfers.
  • File all loan files and follow-up paperwork after scanning.
  • Provide documentation to internal and external resources as needed.
  • Process paid loan files for all types of loans, release collateral as required, and prepare mortgage satisfactions.
  • Process mail payments.

Requirements:

  • High School or GED
  • Knowledge of/experience with LaserPro and/or Fiserv highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to use general office equipment
  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
