As a Café Barista and Beverage Server, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve a diverse selection of coffee, pastries, and alcoholic drinks. You will also manage the cash register and handle all monetary transactions. Additionally, you will support the KC Café team during special events such as design workshops and showroom openings. Your efforts will be crucial to the success of the KC Café at CITY Furniture.

As a Café Barista and Beverage Server, your primary duties will include:
- Preparing baked goods and serving beverages throughout the day.
- Maximizing café sales by being accessible, delivering exceptional service, and engaging in suggestive selling.
- Meeting established sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Identifying and implementing new strategies to boost business.
- Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and Role Responsibilities.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the KC Café by following daily checklists in accordance with health standards.
- Ordering and managing inventory of beverages and glassware using a first-in, first-out approach.
- Ensuring quality control regarding product temperature and service.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in food service preferred

- Ability to lift over 20 lbs.
- Involves bending, reaching, and cleaning the café area
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Certifications:
- ServSafe Certification preferred but not mandatory
- Valid Florida Driver's License required
