We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at Link Up Overseas. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data entry processes, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining data integrity. They will also support the team in generating and interpreting reports for various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data entry processes, including entering, updating, and maintaining data accurately in our database systems.
  • Verify data accuracy and identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and rectify discrepancies promptly.
  • SUPPORT THE TEAM IN GENERATING AND INTERPRETING REPORTS FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS.
  • ASSIST IN DATA ANALYSIS AND CONTRIBUTE TO ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS THAT DRIVE BUSINESS DECISIONS.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework in data management is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for identifying errors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
