We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Inventory Specialist to join our team at H Mart. As a key member of our inventory team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stockroom operations, and supporting the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting and reconciling inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and reporting any issues to management.
  • Support the receiving and stocking process, including unloading merchandise and rotating stock.
  • Ensure that all areas of the store are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Assist with customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store.
