The ICU is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with each patient room equipped with telemed capabilities. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with Hospitalists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Monitor and manage patient's condition, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • Current ICU experience
  • Current Minnesota RN licensure
  • Current BLS certification and maintains certification
  • Current ACLS and BCS or acquires within 3 months of employment and maintains certification
  • Current PALS or acquires within 6 months and maintains
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent Critical Care or Emergency nursing experience
  • Current pediatric experience
  • Current charge experience
  • Critical Care experience within the last 3 years
