Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Sanitizing Professional to join our team at Cowboy Cleaners, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in vacant residential homes in military communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residential spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
  • Clean carpets, floors, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
  • Conduct custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
  • Follow safety protocols while using cleaning agents and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces including carpets, countertops, walls, and floors.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
