We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Resident to join our Cardiovascular Step-Down Unit at Trinity Health Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic interventions, patient education, and goal setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise in cardiovascular step-down nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of New York.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
