Sales Representative

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is a leading supplier of Material Handling and Construction Equipment. Our team includes sales representatives, service technicians, and other positions that work together to meet our customers' needs.

• Establish and maintain a rapport with customers to promote fairness and satisfaction.
• Aggressively promote and sell all company product lines and services in assigned territories.
• Maintain and increase sales volume of assigned accounts and territories.
• Report local competitive conditions to management on a timely basis.
• Formulate and implement a plan to seek new customers.
• Submit call reports, forecasts, and other reports as required.
• Produce satisfactory sales volume and gross profit for the company.
• Strive for excellence in customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized office work area and files.
• Dress professionally to represent the company image.
• Promote and recommend better ways to serve customers and the company.
• Manage PM Service Contracts and renewals.
• Establish a routine and schedule to effectively cover the territory.
• Manage time and territory to meet customer needs.

• Minimum 3 years of sales and account management experience.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Safe driving record.
• Outstanding customer relations skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to organize and manage time independently.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

This position requires working in operating facilities and outdoors, traveling to customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures.

The position is continuously required to talk or hear, and regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.

The employee must be able to frequently lift up to 100 pounds.

The position requires driving a vehicle to and from customer locations.
