Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems & Analytics Intern to join our Global Operations team. This internship will provide opportunities to work on various projects and activities, including data maintenance, vendor information, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in corporate data maintenance, including vendor tax ID and ACH information
  • Support the creation of new records and report for consistency
  • Build and validate operational reporting in solutions such as Concur, SX/CSD, Board, and DB Visualizer
  • Run, format, and publish scorecards and reports
  • Assist with master data clean up and troubleshoot errors in the Procure to Pay (P2P) solution
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
