Senior Dosimetrist

WellSpan Health is seeking a Senior Dosimetrist to join our Oncology Services team in York County. As a key member of our radiation therapy team, you will be responsible for performing advanced duties in the areas of dosimetry, treatment planning, protection, and safety as they relate to radiation therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with physicians on patient treatment plans
Assist and advise during patient simulation and treatment processes
View imaging modalities (CT, MRI, PET) to simulate patient conditions and identify critical organs surrounding lesions
Determine areas and amount of radiation received by critical organs through fields
Demonstrate proficiency in 2D, 3D, IMRT, and Dynamic Arc treatment planning
Work with Electronic Medical Records and image fusion and deformable registration
Perform monthly and annual quality assurance for treatment planning systems
Requirements:
Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) certification
Associates degree in a related field (bachelor's degree preferred)
3 years of relevant experience in radiation therapy
