Mexican Sugar Regent Square is a Pan-Latin restaurant that offers refined dishes with bold flavors and elegant presentation. As Executive Chef, you will take guests on a delicious journey through Latin American cuisine, utilizing authentic ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of high-volume, Latin-inspired restaurant experience. Responsibilities include partnering with the General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute and drive the culinary direction, as well as ownership of the food menu and deployment of new menu items.

A strong understanding of restaurant systems and the ability to learn quickly are essential. The ideal candidate should live within reasonable driving distance to one of our current restaurants. Estimated salary: $75k-$95k / year (plus, monthly profit share).
