We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN to join our team at Dialysis Clinic Inc. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide top-notch care to patients with chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, including assessment, initiation, and discontinuation of treatment.
- Monitor patients' access and intervene as necessary to ensure optimal care.
- Follow infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Communicate effectively with the charge nurse and other team members to ensure seamless care.
- Administer and educate patients on medications within your scope of practice.
- Accredited practical nursing program completion.
- Dialysis experience preferred, but not required.
- Current OH LPN license.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Current state IV therapy training requirements, if applicable.
