A leading Global Biotech/Pharma company is currently looking for a Manufacturing Production Specialist to become a vital part of their team.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Assist in manufacturing operations focused on Inspection and/or Packaging.
- Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured products to identify any irregularities or defects.
- Provide necessary components, small parts, glassware, tubing, etc., to cell culture and purification areas.
- Operate various production equipment, including labelers, parts washers, autoclaves, and stir plates.
- Complete all relevant documentation in accordance with GDP/GMP guidelines.
- Manually clean all portable equipment and small parts to ensure compliance.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement Teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Receive and distribute supplies within the production area.
- Maintain cleanliness in the production area to adhere to GMP standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and revise documentation as necessary.
- Follow cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
- Communicate any safety, quality, compliance, and equipment issues to the manufacturing lead operator and supervisor.
- Work in a smoke-free environment.
- Be available for up to 8 hours of overtime per week.
- Work weekends as required.
- Inspection and quality control.
- Manufacturing operations.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting processes.
- Packaging and production control.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Entry-level position.
