We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Northern Nevada Health System. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Current NV nursing license
- Current ACLS & BLS certificates
- Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting
- Handle with Care (or obtained within six months of employment)
