The Position

We are seeking an energetic Machine Operator to join our Graham Division team on 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will participate in all functions associated with the production, warehousing, and distribution of products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on the computer to manage production and order materials.
  • Performing changeovers and troubleshooting the machine.
  • Keeping the machine running to established expectations.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A starting salary of $20.00 per hour with an increase to $22.05 upon completion of your 90-day probationary period.
  • 2nd and 3rd shift differentials.
  • Daily overtime pay over 8 hours.

We also provide a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, health savings account, retirement plan, 401k plan (with a 50% company match up to 6%), PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
