Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Summerdale, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality computed tomography exams and procedures for use by physicians and radiologists in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
- Plan and execute all CT procedures and post-processing using advanced technology based on clinical criteria, anatomy, and established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologist (SNMT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
- CT Registered (2nd Registry) within 12 months of CT hire date.
- Two years of experience as a registered radiology technologist.
- Prior Computed Tomography experience in a Trauma/Cardiac facility preferred.
- Venipuncture competent.
